05 Sep Appointment of Alex von Gramatzki to Board of Directors
Labrador Technologies Inc. (“Labrador” or the “Corporation”) (TSXV: “LTX”) announces the appointment of Mr. Alexander von Gramatzki to its Board of Directors, effective immediately. Mr. Gramatzki will provide ongoing guidance with Labrador’s Cannaverse Plan, corporate governance, and continued assistance with Labrador’s corporate financing and strategic partnering. Alexander von Gramatzki is a graduate of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and is recognized as a Golden Key International Honour Society member. At the age of 23, Mr. Gramatzki founded Global Advisory Services Inc., and has since facilitated over $200 million in transactions for startup companies. He is President of Big Coulee Resources Ltd., a conglomerate company with the majority of the assets in the Oil & Gas sector. Mr. Gramatzki has been integral to successfully scaling multiple
companies from zero to over $10 million in revenue. Says, Alex Gramatzki, “With 22 years of Public Company experience, Labrador is in a great position to thrive in the fragmented cannabis sector, which needs a dependable company to collect and analyze
confidential data. I’ve been able to benefit from the Oil & Gas sector aggregating data over decades. Now, we have a grass-roots opportunity where reliable data is difficult to obtain and pull together. I believe I can help Labrador play a significant role in a rapid-growth industry, where quality data will become a decisive competitive advantage for generating profits.”
This appointment is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.
