The following is the recent press release announcing the launch of Labrador's eTriever data retrieval offering, in conjunction with the geoLOGIC Data Center (gDC).

More details on the partnership will be posted, as they become available.

Labrador Technologies Inc. Launches eTriever

Labrador® 's web-based oil and gas data retrieval offering ready for market in 2006

Calgary, Alberta, - Labrador Technologies Inc. ("LTI") (LTX:TSX.V), is very pleased to announce the formal launching of Labrador eTriever ™.

Labrador eTriever ™ is a secure, web-based, generic data retriever. It will offer its users the proven strengths of LTI's dynamic Labrador® query engine to access the most current data available, with all of the compelling features of the Web 2.0 framework, widely popularized through Googles 's remarkable successes.  As a web-based offering, eTriever ™will require no installation, no CD updates, and no maintenance, while providing comprehensive query, reporting, and exporting capabilities.  eTriever's web environment is simple, elegant, swift, and intuitive.

The first major purpose for Labrador eTriever ™ will be to add value to Calgary's oil and gas Data Centers.  Importantly, eTriever is designed to complement the non-web, but well-established, oil and gas software products, such as geoLOGIC's geoSCOUT ™ .  In this regard, the first release of Labrador eTriever ™ will be in cooperation with the recent creation of the geoLOGIC Data Center (gDC), offering geoLOGIC's highly regarded data, for the first time, in an "open database environment".

David Hood, President of geoLOGIC Systems Ltd. stated, "we are pleased to be working with companies like Labrador Technologies that share our commitment to deliver high performance, high quality solutions to our customers."

As LTI is able to leverage its previously developed and fully validated Labrador® tool suite, eTriever ™'s introductory pricing will be extremely attractive.  To keep things simple, LTI will integrate its pricing with the pricing of each Data Center, to which eTriever has access. In fact, one of LTI's primary goals is to make Labrador eTriever ™ so cost effective that every person in an oil and gas company can choose to use it at will.

LTI has an exceptionally experienced development team, and adheres to an "Agile Programming" approach. Agile techniques allow LTI to release significant enhancements frequently, while still maintaining high quality standards.  Agile Programming also enables quick responsiveness to customer feedback, and customer feedback will form an essential element of eTriever's ongoing development "roadmap".

Accordingly, the LTI team is committed to adding features regularly after the eTriever ™ 2006 launch.  Upon request, LTI also plans to use its Labrador® Modeller ™ software to incorporate the proprietary data stores of individual clients within eTriever ™'s "web" of accessibility.  Additional Data Centers will become accessible as a function of customer demand.
