George A. Wilson, LLB, Q.C, is a Senior Partner of corporate law in the firm Gowlings, Toronto.  Formerly, Mr. Wilson was a lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Managing Partner of Strathy, Archibald, and Seagram.  With over 40 years of business experience in corporate law, Mr. Wilson also sits on numerous private company boards.

K. Garry Cook, C.A., is a Senior Partner in the firm of MacKay LLP, Chartered Accountants, Calgary.  Mr. Cook has managed audits, and performed various senior financial services for public companies, including several technology companies, as well as other professional firms for over 25 years.

Jeff A. Howe, C.A., is the Vice President, Finance & Administration for Pure Metal Galvanizing. Mr. Howe, formerly a Principal with Ernst & Young in the Technology, Communication and Entertainment practice has over 20 years of senior management, technical, and financial experience from a career that has spanned Finance and Accounting, Technology, and Operations.

Trevor G. Skinner, B.Comm., is one of the top commercial leasing agents with Cushman Wakefield LePage Inc.
With 15 years of successful sales experience, Mr. Skinner brings to LTI extensive knowledge of the marketing and sales aspects of the commercial leasing and insurance industries. Mr. Skinner, a graduate of the Dalhousie University Business School, is assisting Mr. Sterne with the marketing and sales plan for the Company’s wireless/desktop product, Labrador® eTriever™.

H. Ronald Sterne, BA, is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Labrador Technologies Inc.  Before founding LTI in 1981, Mr. Sterne managed the Calgary office of Dataline Systems Limited, Toronto.
