Labrador Technologies to release eTriever Version 2.0

LABRADOR TECHNOLOGIES INC. ANNOUNCES SCHEDULED RELEASE OF VERSION 2.0 OF ETRIEVER

May 4th 2007 - Calgary - Labrador Technologies Inc.'s scheduled release of Version 2.0 of Labrador eTriever will occur on May 14, 2007, the first day of Calgary 's 2007 Convention for the Canadian Society of Petroleum Geologists (CSPG).

This release features a completely new user interface, with a more robust search capability, which clearly defines eTriever's road map to future capabilities. With its focus on colourful, graphical representations, eTriever provides groundbreaking innovations in depicting critical well information at a glance. The goal of eTriever is to be the fastest and friendliest decision-making browser in the Web-based environment.

The company has also closed the second tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement for between 222,222 and 1,666,667 units of Labrador at a price of 45 cents per unit. To date, LTI has raised in excess of $250,000 through subscriptions for 579,556 units. Labrador intends to use the proceeds from this private placement as general working capital, and for further development and marketing of its eTriever product.
